Chicken Kebabs for Labor Day!
Do you combine your chicken and veggies on each skewer or do you separate them onto their own skewers?
I have chicken that I purchased in bulk in our freezer so I've been thinking of making Kebabs for Labor Day! My husband and I have a running disagreement. I want to make the kebabs using both the meat and veggies on each skewer because it looks pretty on the plate. He wants to put each individual veggie and the chicken on separate skewers so that he has better control when grilling.
We use cherry tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and peppers on our skewers.
Either way, here's a great marinade for Chicken Kebabs. Everyone loves it!
